    A-basin named by locals has one of the longest seasons that stretch from mid October to mid-June. The basin has above tree line skiing in open bowls from intermediate to expert. Some beginner terrain but limited. If you want a challenge The basin has it from steep groomed trails to bump skiing to hiking . Arapahoe basin is also known for its great parties at the “Beach “The parking lot is at the base and is the spot for tailgating, barbecuing and just having a great time.   • Aspen Highlands
    Great snow, great town and trails from beginner to expert. Always check the trail map for getting into the trees for that untracked snow.

  • Aspen Mountain
    Aspen known a town which is known for the rich and famous but don’t be fooled with all that glitz. The mountain offers double black diamond chutes and terrain for the whole family. A great desitnation for a family Colorado ski and snowboarding vacation.

  • Beaver Creek Resort
    Beaver Creek TheMountain where trails are consistently groomed and offers plenty of extras from heated walkways to freshly baked cookies. Bump skiing try the Birds of Prey.

  • Breckenridge Ski Resort
    Breckenridge is one of most popular resorts and well deserved. Great terrain, groomed trails for the beginner, wonderful family skiing, big bump runs, steep chutes, challenging glade skiing and a great terrain park. The village of Breckenridge or the Kingdom as it is called is a shopper’s paradise with plenty of fine restaurants for any budget.   • Copper Mountain
    Copper Mountain, terrain that perfectly separates out the beginner from the intermediate to the expert. Groomed skiing, challenging bump skiing, tree skiing, open bowl skiing, chutes terrain parks. Copper is one of the local’s favorites. Frisco is only a short 10 minute drive right off I-70. Great restaurants and shopping.

  • Crested Butte Mountain Resort
    Crested Butte a Great Mountain, Great town. Crested Butte is the mountain for all levels of Skiers and boarders, wide open terrain for beginner and intermediate levels. Great bowl and chutes for the expert and a resort that is not crowed. The town is separated from the mountain and has retained its classic mountain charm a nice change. Funky restaurants, from gourmet to laid back. If you want the feel of the way skiing used to be Crested Butte is the place to go funky to upscale.
  • Howelsen Hill Ski Area
    Going to Steamboat don’t overlook Howelsen hill Open since 1915, it’s the oldest Colorado ski and snowboarding vacation destination, and has the largest natural ski-jumping complex in North America. The hill is within minutes of downtown Steamboat for great restaurants and shopping.

  • Keystone
    Known as a great family resort and part of Summit counties 4 ski area’s Keystone has 3 mountains full of open bowls, steeps, groomed trails, a lift-served tubing hill and one of Colorado’s longest ski days. Skiers can watch the sun set at 11,000 feet and ski into the night. After a day on the slopes enjoy the village’s great shops and dining. Family to romantic settings.

  • Loveland Ski Area
    The Loveland ski area is about a 1 hour drive from Denver and on average receives over 300 inches of fresh powder a season. Loveland primarily has 2 base areas , one is for beginners with wide open trails and the other for intermediates and experts. Bumps to above tree line bowls.

  • Monarch Mountain
    Monarch is situated on top of the continental divide. The mountain is known for its fresh powder and a laid back attitude. Great for families and the expert skier and boarder as well. Be sure to have a camera, the views are amazing.
  • Powderhorn Resort
    The ski area at Powderhorn is located near Grand Junction, Colorado. Situated on the Grand Mesa which is the largest flat top mountain in the world, the views are simply specular.
  • Purgatory
    Purgatory located near Durango, Colorado one of Colorado’s great western towns has 88 trails,5 terrain parks a course for racing and snow cat skiing and riding in over 35,000 acres. Great for all levels of skiers and boarders.
  • Silverton Mountain
    This mountain is not for the faint of heart. There are no fancy frills no groomed trails just steeps and terrain for the expert only. Guided as well as unguided skiing and riding.
  • Ski Cooper
    Ski Cooper is not just another ski area, the mountain comes with history. It was used for a training site for the 10th Mountain division, World War II ski troops. The ski area is great for anyone looking for a stress free experience. Located between Copper Mountain and Vail, it is an easy ride for something different.

  • Snowmass
    Snowmass sits at an elevation of 4,406 feet and has one of the longest runs of any mountain in Colorado at 5.3 miles. Snowmass is known for its groomed runs and its proximity to Aspen. Another great Colorado snowboaring and ski destination.

  • Steamboat

    The Sunlight Mountain Resort is close to Glenwood Springs known for its world renowned hot springs. The ski area is still affordable and has plenty of terrain for the beginner, slopes for the intermediate and black diamond runs for the expert.

    The ski and riding area of Telluride is just amazing, thousands of acres to experience, trails for all levels. Vacationing in Telluride gives you upscale luxury at the mountain and a down to earth feel in town. There is number of restaurants to choose from in this beautifully boxed canyon town.
  • Vail
    Vail has it all. 7 back bowls where the skiing and riding is epic, almost 200 trails and over 5,000 acres of skiing and riding terrain. Vail is an experience you simply should not miss.
